Splash of Color Quilt Along | Quilt Blocks Part 2

This post may contain affiliate links. Thank you for your support!

Today is the fourth step in the SPLASH of Color Quilt Along at Busy Hands Quilts!  We're showing off our completed blocks!

I showed my completed blocks at the last link-up, and here they are again.  My pattern choice - Seeing Spots from Splash of Color is made from triangles rather than blocks, so I am showing the triangles pieced into rows.  The colored fabrics are ombre, so I placed the darker triangles on the outer rows and the lighter ones in the middle rows.  The right row didn't fit on my design wall, so it's not shown.

My second quilt is my very own Granny's Square Patch pattern!  Here are the center blocks of the quilt.

I hope you'll join us in the SPLASH of Color Quilt Along!  Please share about the quilt along on your blog and social media with #splashofcolorQAL and tag me @busyhandsquilts.

I'm so impressed with everyone's progress, I am still cutting fabric! Hoping to have the rest of the B&W done this weekend, my mom and I made a date to sew Sunday morning before the Seahawks play. :)
